This moderately tender, generously thick bone-in steak is a great alternative to ribeye when grilling or roasting. Still perfectly aged and exceptionally marbled like our boneless New York Strip Steak, the Bone-in Strip Steak is enhanced by the bone to give extra juiciness and flavor.  The USDA Choice designation means that this cut has less fat marbling than Prime and is still an excellent choice for any meal.
