This Butchers’ Blend of equal parts beef, pork, and veal means that all you have to do is add your favorite seasonings and ingredients to make the perfect meatballs, meatloaf, Bolognese sauce, or a number of different items. With this easy to use, ready to season blend of high-quality proteins, dinner will be on the table faster than you can say Mangia!
Top Butcher is a third generation, family owned and operated wholesale purveyor of quality meat products. We specialize in a complete line of premium quality, hand selected and properly aged beef, pork, veal and lamb. We custom cut and package to our customers exact specifications.
Simply put, we’re much more particular about what beef wears the Top Butcher name. Only one in five cattle qualify for USDA Choice Grade, and just two in 100 qualify for the USDA Prime Grade. We select only these grades to offer our customers the finest steak experience.
Because these items are perishable, our shipping works a little differently. We want to make sure your goods arrive in a refrigerated state.

Ground and 2nd Day Air shipments will only be fulfilled on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Next Day Air shipments can be fulfilled up to Thursday.
Basically, we will not ship out any orders on Fridays to avoid having meat waiting in a UPS warehouse all weekend. That’s not good for you or us. If you place an order on a day we do not ship, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
We guarantee that you will receive only the highest quality USDA inspected proteins expertly handled in our facility. We will choose and cut specifically for your order. To ensure safe shipping we will then individually blast freeze your order and ship it out within 24 hours. We guarantee that we only source proteins from producers that practice responsible and sustainable husbandry.
